WSP Finland, a multidisciplinary expert company providing construction services, needed a more effective way to manage safety, quality, and documentation across its projects, which traditionally relied on disparate Word and Excel files. They partnered with Congrid to implement its cloud-based construction management software to centralize this important data.

The solution from Congrid provided a unified project bank for all data, photos, and reporting, enabling easy sharing and creating a consistent, professional result for all parties involved. This new way of working has fostered greater collaboration between supervisors and contractors. As a result, WSP Finland and Congrid are now jointly developing a digital quality assurance platform, with their first test project planned for the near future.
