Zoopla, a UK property sales and lettings portal, faced major disruption when the pandemic prompted agents to cancel direct debits. To reassure customers it offered up to nine months of free support but had no quick way to reach its whole customer base, negotiate new contracts, set up direct debits, or enable remote signing during widespread remote work.
Zoopla implemented Conga Composer, Conga Sign and Conga Batch to auto-generate, distribute and e-sign customized contracts and direct-debit mandates. The automation cut document compilation from ~45 minutes to about 3 seconds, reduced sending direct-debit forms to 1,000 agents from over eight hours to 45 minutes, and produced a 200% increase in agents in contact, freeing account managers to focus on servicing customers and generating new business.
