Thoughtworks transforms its contract performance with Conga

ThoughtWorks, a global IT consultancy, needed better control over contract performance and revenue recognition. Using basic cloud file storage made it hard to find contract information, created manual work for the legal team, and increased the risk of missed revenue and errors. ThoughtWorks turned to Conga, specifically Conga’s Contract Intelligence solution, to improve contract management.

Conga implemented a centralized contract platform that made 6,000+ contracts easily accessible, added contextual search, dashboards, and workflow integrations, and enabled better tracking of key terms. The results included 1,400 legal team hours reclaimed each year, more than 1,000 hours saved annually for legal and finance teams, and about four hours saved per week for each person on the North American legal team, along with stronger revenue capture and contract oversight.
