Tata Communications, a global telecom leader that operates the world’s largest fibre-optic network spanning 240,000 km and carrying a significant portion of global internet and voice traffic, needed to reduce operational costs and improve the effectiveness of its operations team. The company faced time-consuming contract creation and inefficient contract search and retrieval processes that hindered automation and operational excellence.
Tata implemented Conga enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to automate contract workflows and centralize contracts into a single searchable repository.
