Kalixia generates documents 160x faster with Conga Advantage Platform

Kalixia, France’s leading healthcare network, needed to generate and distribute thousands of provider contracts on a tight annual schedule. Using Salesforce and Conga Composer, its existing document workflow took up to five days for 7,000 contracts, making it difficult to meet a 24-hour turnaround goal and avoid late-delivery penalties.

Working with Conga, Kalixia implemented the Conga Advantage Platform and Conga API to process documents in batches while keeping its Salesforce workflow and templates unchanged. The result was a 99% reduction in document generation time—about 160x faster—with 4,000 documents completed in 45 minutes instead of three and a half days, plus improved control and error management.
