IZIVIA, a major player in France’s electric vehicle market and a subsidiary of EDF, needed a faster way to generate and sign sales documents such as quotes and delivery proofs. After adopting Salesforce, the company turned to Conga for a solution that would integrate smoothly with its CRM and improve document automation and eSignature workflows, using Conga Composer and Conga Sign API.
Conga implemented Conga Composer and Conga Sign API to embed signing directly into IZIVIA’s Salesforce process, add branding and validation features, and simplify document delivery. The result was a signature process reduced from seven steps to one or two steps completed in under a minute, with multiple deals closed quickly and early return on investment, helping drive revenue growth.
