Case Study: Suddenlink achieves faster time-to-revenue and streamlined document management with Conga Composer

A Conga Case Study

Preview of the Suddenlink Case Study

Conga Composer connected disjointed software processes for Suddenlink

Suddenlink Communications, a U.S. cable broadband provider with about 1.5 million subscribers across 16 states, faced fragmented document processes: sales and call center reps used inconsistent templates and didn’t attach documents to Salesforce, making version control and record keeping difficult. Creating Word templates in Visualforce was slow and hard to update (often taking up to a week), and the e-signature process ran outside Salesforce, extending the document-to-signature cycle to 3–5 days.

By implementing Conga Composer, Suddenlink cut template creation from a week to a few hours, gained more editable options, and centralized version control and records in Salesforce. Composer integrated with their e-signature solution to provide richer document generation and reduced time from document to signature to 2–3 hours, shrinking the contract cycle from days to hours.
