Conga CLM streamlined AXA’s contract operations with standardized templates, a larger clause library, 27 new merge fields, and Microsoft Word-based review tools, reducing data gaps and back-and-forth email. As a result, AXA signed 20% more contracts in the first month of the year versus the same month the prior year, while also improving visibility, auditability, and risk mitigation.
