Boston Scientific transforms quoting with Conga CPQ for Rebate Management

Boston Scientific, a leader in medical technology, was facing a challenge in EMEA with an aging legacy quoting and revenue management stack built on Salesforce and custom tools. As rebates and discount structures became more complex across European markets, the team evaluated CPQ options, including Conga CPQ, to replace a system that could no longer keep up.

Conga worked with Boston Scientific to add the rebate functionality it needed and delivered Conga CPQ with Conga Rebates for the region. The rollout began in five countries and was supported by training and implementation materials, leading to rapid adoption, very few complaints, and users completing complex end-to-end processes on day one. Boston Scientific now has hundreds of users on Conga CPQ and plans to expand to 40 more markets.
