Native Salesforce workflows required multiple clicks and ad-hoc reports, preventing side‑by‑side comparisons and forcing analysts to manage data outside the system.
To solve this, Aite implemented Conga Grid company‑wide, giving analysts a single-page, Excel‑like view with custom columns, smart filters, inline editing and precision search. The grid consolidated campaign data inside Salesforce, improved efficiency and collaboration, reduced reliance on external spreadsheets, and provided an adaptable, well-supported tool that met the firm’s needs.
