To deliver faster, more reliable B2B insights, Cerved partnered with Confluent, initially using Confluent Platform on‑premises and later migrating to Confluent Cloud to support an event‑driven architecture and real‑time data access.

Confluent implemented a managed streaming platform (including Schema Registry, connectors and sink integrations) and migrated 200 applications, 789 topics, 2,452 partitions and 1,107 schemas—bringing 40,000 connected clients and 2 TB of storage onto Confluent Cloud. As a result, Cerved achieved near‑real‑time data propagation, 99.99% availability, stronger security and automated scalability, reduced infrastructure and operational costs, and automated disaster recovery via Cluster Linking.
