Buzzvil, a South Korea–based AdTech company, faced scaling limits and data loss using Redis and RabbitMQ and needed a single source of truth for real-time ad transaction data. Confluent implemented Confluent Cloud (including S3 sink connectors and Schema Registry) to centralize real-time streams and offload Kafka operations; the change delivered 18x faster ad-bidding updates (from as much as 3 minutes to under 10 seconds), 20–30% infrastructure cost savings, improved fault tolerance and customer experience, and more efficient ad budget controls.
