Unex Manufacturing, a family-owned firm in Jackson, NJ founded in 1964, designs and manufactures gravity flow solutions to improve order picking. To speed quote-to-production and cut distributor quote lead time, Unex needed a seamless link between its Global Shop ERP and a new product configurator.

Global Shop now feeds Configure One with updated customer and item master data, and Configure One returns sales order details—including order-specific item numbers and BOMs—when quotes convert to orders.
