SNAPOffice (formerly Amneon Furniture) of Allendale, MI manufactures office furniture and accessories for healthcare, education, and office environments. Although sales sessions already produced real-time 3D schematics, bills of material, and quotes, SNAPOffice needed a more seamless quote-to-production workflow to reliably hit its three-week product lead time.

Using Configure One’s Connect module, SNAPOffice integrated Configure One with its E2 Shop Control ERP so customer and item master data sync automatically and accepted quotes convert to sales orders. Configure One creates unique part numbers and BOMs in E2 and imports full order details, eliminating redundant data entry and errors, keeping data accurate and effectively providing SNAPOffice with an E2 configurator.
