Quality Enclosures, founded in Long Island in 1963, is a national manufacturer and distributor of high-end shower enclosures and tempered glass that tripled in size as it added manufacturing, tempering and distribution sites and subsidiaries. As growth changed its corporate structure, the company outgrew its legacy ERP and faced a slow, error-prone, highly manual sales order configuration process that required shower-glass experts to calculate materials for custom orders.

Quality Enclosures implemented NetSuite to handle inventory, orders and multi-entity structure and added Configure One Cloud in 2018 to automate product configuration. The integrated solution lets agents enter measurements in Configure One Cloud, which returns configurations, pricing and production documents while NetSuite manages inventory and purchase orders—reducing training from four–six weeks to about one hour, increasing order throughput by roughly 50% (from ~40 to 50–60 orders per period), cutting errors and improving customer service.
