Facing long lead times, Madison wanted to streamline its CPQ (configure, price, quote) process while keeping its existing Factory Edge ERP; the goal was a product configurator that integrated securely with Factory Edge.

By deploying Configure One CPQ with the Configure One Connect integration module, Madison created a Factory Edge product configurator that lets customers or customer service reps configure products and generate quotes online or by phone. Accepted quotes convert to sales orders in Configure One, which then automatically creates unique part numbers and bills of material in Factory Edge and imports full order data—significantly simplifying the CPQ-to-order workflow and reducing lead time.
