Haas Door Company, based in Wauseon, OH, is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial garage doors that sells through a network of independent dealers across North America. Because dealers use varied systems, Haas needed a transparent, easy-to-use CPQ process that worked seamlessly with its ERP to keep the buying experience simple and consistent.

Haas implemented Configure One’s CPQ with the Configure One Connect module to integrate directly with its Infor SyteLine ERP. Once a configuration is accepted, the system automatically creates unique part numbers and bills of material, imports order headers and lines, and generates full sales orders—allowing dealers to configure, quote and place orders from Haas’ website. The integration was completed quickly, provided full data access via staging tables and SQL/SSIS, and met the company’s goals for a streamlined ordering workflow.
