With business growing ~30% year-over-year and rising demand for customized solutions, the manual process was slow, error-prone and not scalable.

By adopting Configit Model software, Vestas automated and standardized configuration, speeding installations, improving accuracy and safety, and enabling site-specific turbine customization. The project also created a centralized configuration database for analytics and predictive maintenance, delivering more predictable service and saving millions of euros.
