Linde Hydraulics, founded in 1904 and operating globally with about 1,200 employees and a presence in 50+ countries, develops modular hydraulic drive systems for mobile and industrial machinery. Its broad, highly configurable product portfolio made valid configuration and quoting difficult; an in‑house Excel tool lacked SAP integration, required manual SAP entry, could not add new technical features, had no web or multilingual support, and imposed high maintenance and poor performance.
