How Signify reduced quoting time and increased system performance

Signify, the global leader in professional and consumer lighting headquartered in Eindhoven with 35,000 employees and €7.5 billion in annual revenue, started a Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM) journey in 2016 to evolve its CPQ capability and address the need for greater operational excellence, scalability and an improved customer journey across its global organization.

Working with Configit, Signify rolled out Configit Quote across regions (US 2016, Europe 2017, China 2018, global 2019) and moved to a SaaS sales configurator in 2021. The SaaS solution increased system performance and significantly reduced quote-entry throughput time, and ongoing collaboration has added features such as improved data visibility, product search, SAP punch-out, rebates and multi-level approvals.
