How CNH Industrial implemented a multi-channel sales strategy using Configit solutions

CNH Industrial, a global leader in agricultural, construction and commercial vehicle equipment, needed to modernize and align its dealer-facing sales applications across multiple brands and channels. The company’s long-standing dealer portal (eQuipment) served customers in 120+ countries, but feedback highlighted the need for a unified, mobile-capable experience that preserved brand integrity, supported multi-channel selling (dealers, public sites, internal orders) and ensured reliable online and offline interactions.

CNH implemented Configit’s Sales Configurator powered by Virtual Tabulation™ (VT™), with partner Coolshop building the new sales app. The solution extracts product data from SAP into VT files, verifies configurations during fulfillment, and automatically updates SAP for ERP execution. The result is a consistent, efficient dealer sales environment—mobile-ready, brand-aligned, and capable of delivering complete, validated orders across CNH’s global network.
