Trail Life USA, a faith-based outdoor adventure program for young men, faced significant challenges managing its communications and eCommerce operations across multiple disparate platforms, including Shopify and Constant Contact. This lack of integration made member communication, event registration, and inventory tracking tedious and inefficient. They turned to Configio seeking a single solution to unify these processes and automate their marketing and sales workflows.

Configio implemented its platform to centralize Trail Life's eCommerce store, email campaigns, and data reporting. The solution automated communications, resulting in 554,022 campaign emails sent with a low bounce rate of 2.11%, and provided real-time inventory notifications for their online store. Additionally, Configio's built-in Learning Management System was leveraged to create 73 courses with over 138,000 enrollments.
