Trail Life USA is a faith-based outdoor character-development program for boys with roughly 27,500 members. The organization struggled with fragmented systems—using separate tools for eCommerce (Shopify) and email (Constant Contact)—which made registration, inventory tracking, reporting, and member communication slow, manual, and disorganized.

Configio replaced those disparate tools with a single platform that centralized email, eCommerce and learning management. Outcomes include 78 campaigns and 554,022 emails sent (2.11% bounce, 0.38% opt-outs), 4,351 orders and 34,533 products sold with automated inventory alerts, 73 courses and 138,144 LMS enrollments, and streamlined reporting and processes for a 14-person team—eliminating paper and improving engagement.
