Studsvik - Customer Case Study

Studsvik, a nuclear power services company, needed to standardize business processes across multiple business units worldwide. Some units were still using spreadsheets and manual processes, and the company lacked visibility and coordination across global accounts. Configero helped Studsvik address these issues with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Chatter.

Configero migrated users from three siloed Salesforce orgs into one centralized org and standardized Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Shipments, and Activities globally. The project also included Salesforce Divisions, Google Analytics Dashboards, a customized LinkPoint360 email integration, and Chatter with triggers and workflow rules. As a result, Studsvik gained a central repository for customer information, improved corporate visibility into key business data and metrics, faster access to records from email, and better collaboration across divisions.
