EDCO Group Inc. worked with Configero to replace Microsoft Dynamics and create a simpler CRM and case management system for the company and its subsidiaries. The project also needed to improve data, give leadership better visibility into pipeline analysis, organize hundreds of products into Salesforce.com product catalogs and price books, and add a way to track and qualify website leads for marketing campaigns.
Configero deployed Salesforce CRM Enterprise Edition for 75 users in three months and configured Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, activity management, and Sales Team functions. It also customized record types, page layouts, and profiles, implemented HubSpot for lead qualification, and built reports and dashboards for pipeline and forecast reporting. As a result, EDCO Group Inc. users fully adopted Salesforce CRM, gained faster access to key business metrics, improved insight into leads, and were able to drill into sales data on mobile devices.
