MyCashflow serves a few thousand merchants with ConfigCat

MyCashflow, a Finnish e-commerce platform, needed a safer way to release new features and updates across its multi-tenant SaaS platform serving thousands of merchants. Their challenge was to separate deployment from release to avoid turning launch day into a guessing game and to enable controlled product experiments. They adopted ConfigCat's feature flag service to address this.

ConfigCat provided a backend feature flag solution with per-shop targeting, which allowed MyCashflow to roll out features merchant-by-merchant. By combining ConfigCat's targeting with their own per-tenant migration state, they achieved safer releases, reduced risk, and gained the ability to run product experiments tracked in Amplitude. This gave the team a calmer, more controlled way to manage launches across their entire platform.
