Holdcroft, one of the UK’s largest motor retail groups with dealerships across Staffordshire and the northwest of England, needed an outbound campaign to increase new and used car sales. It chose Confero for its automotive telemarketing expertise and experience in customer acquisition and retention.
Confero ran a multi-channel outbound telemarketing campaign using Holdcroft’s prospect database, targeting existing customers, service and MOT customers, previous customers and conquest prospects in profiled postcodes. Calls were made in the morning, afternoon, evening and weekends, with SMS and email confirmations for booked appointments; Confero ultimately secured 375 test-drives across the Holdcroft range, leading to numerous new and used car sales.
