Corona Energy, a leading independent UK business energy supplier, wanted to increase adoption of its myCorona online account management portal among SME customers who had not yet started using it. To help promote the service, Corona Energy appointed Confero as an outsourced specialist, using outbound telemarketing to reach this target audience.

Confero created multiple scripts tailored to whether customers already had a myCorona login and assigned a dedicated calling team to contact more than 3,000 business customers within a month. From 3,355 customers contacted, almost 65% pledged to use myCorona and a further 16% said they were already using the portal, demonstrating strong portal uptake driven by Confero’s campaign.
