The dealership’s challenge was to reach existing customers and prospects from competitor brands in a highly professional way, invite them to the showroom, and secure test drives while staying true to Audi’s brand values.

Confero provided a specialist outbound telemarketing team for the project, including trained automotive agents who were briefed by Audi and called prospects during evening and weekend timeslots.
