Accurist, the long-established UK watch brand, wanted to move from wholesaling and manufacturing into online retail with a new collection of specialist watches. To support this launch, Accurist needed a customer service and inbound sales operation that could handle credit card orders, respond to customer enquiries, and recognise buying signals to convert interest into sales. Confero provided the inbound call centre support using its customer services and orderline capabilities.

Confero trained its bureau inbound team on the Accurist brand, product range, and sales approach, then launched the lines seven days a week alongside Accurist’s online and offline advertising campaign. The result was a successful sell-out of each limited edition watch range, with Confero taking tens of thousands of pounds in credit card orders for Accurist.
