How Oway elevated their customer experience with personal video shopping

OWAY, an agricosmetics brand, wanted to bring the tactile, sensory experience of its products into e-commerce, where it was difficult to communicate texture, fragrance, and product feel through a direct-to-consumer model. To solve this, they worked with Confer With to create a more personal video shopping experience that could better replicate in-store consultation online.

Confer With helped OWAY launch the OWAY Immersive Store, a virtual shopping environment supported by purpose-built studios in Bologna and Amsterdam and integrated with Confer With’s live video shopping platform. The result was a more intuitive, consultative, and engaging customer journey that reintroduced the human touch to digital retail, improved product storytelling, and made it easier for customers to receive personalized recommendations, although no specific numerical impact was provided.
