National Marker Company (NMC), a Rhode Island–based leader in safety identification, faced a high-volume order challenge: most customers sent purchase orders by phone, fax, or email that had to be manually keyed into Epicor Prophet 21, and inconsistent PO formats created verification delays and bottlenecks. To eliminate manual entry and standardize order processing for frequent customers who couldn’t use EDI, NMC evaluated and selected Conexiom’s sales-order automation solution.

Conexiom was implemented to capture customer orders in their original formats and automatically transform them into electronic sales orders in Epicor Prophet 21, eliminating dual entry.
