Latvijas Pasts Uses Youredi to Exchange Information with Cainiao

Latvijas Pasts, Latvia’s national postal operator, needed to track all small packages from AliExpress delivered via Cainiao so customers could see real-time order statuses. They engaged coneksion as a fully managed data-integration provider to build secure connectivity to Cainiao’s China-based, firewall-protected systems and to handle end-to-end message exchange on their behalf.

coneksion implemented an interface that receives Cainiao advance notices, validates and enriches messages (including message-digest checks), batches them (triggered by time, e.g., 15 minutes, or count, e.g., 1,000 items), transforms batches into the IPS XML format and delivers them to Latvijas Pasts’ FTP server. The solution let Latvijas Pasts keep its existing systems unchanged while reducing server load through batching, automatically filtering irrelevant notices, and providing clean, timely tracking data to improve customer visibility and the overall e‑commerce delivery experience.
