Fonecta, a Finnish digital-marketing and sales data provider, faced slow, error-prone in-house integrations for its Fonecta Yhteystieto Totaali contact service: staff had to repeatedly learn and build integrations, customers submitted employee data by spreadsheets, and forwarding data to partners was complicated. Seeking secure, automated data flows and better customer experience, Fonecta engaged coneksion for an integration solution (coneksion Active Directory Adapter/iPaaS).

coneksion implemented a REST-API-based Active Directory Adapter to map, transform and clean customer-specific data, onboard customers rapidly, and secure cloud transfers. The solution replaced manual scripts with managed services, produced 16 active integrations with real-time synchronization (scalable to 100–200 more), reduced IT headcount and integration costs, and gave Fonecta full visibility into processes—improving efficiency, cost predictability, and customer satisfaction.
