How OPM Uses Conductorʼs Marketing API to Report, Scale, and Sell

Online Performance Marketing (OPM) is a Dallas-based interactive marketing firm that delivers paid search, SEO, social media and web development along with consulting and reporting. Faced with a time-consuming, manual reporting process across a large and varied client roster, OPM needed a way to consistently identify “wins and opportunities” and scale reporting so account managers could spend time on strategy rather than running individual reports.

OPM built an internal reporting platform (WordPress/PHP/MySQL on Ubuntu) that pulls data from Conductor’s Searchlight marketing API alongside Google AdWords, Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Bing. Launched in about six months, the system generates customizable, client-facing dashboards and presentations within hours, automates month-over-month metrics, improves efficiency and scalability, and helps clients reach their KPIs—enabling OPM to report better, sell more, and grow.
