Conduct managed the entire process, from initial product strategy and user experience design to the technical build. The solution was a custom platform engineered on Microsoft Azure using .NET and Blazor, featuring a career path builder and integrated Azure OpenAI for data clarity. The result was a live, production-grade first release that is scalable and privacy-focused.
