Using Condo Control to Improve Payment Processes

Sierras of Inglewood, a 124‑unit, 35+ condominium community led in part by Vice President & Secretary Lisa Bienvenue, faced slow, paper‑based operations: the prior software lacked online payments, record management and formal service‑request tracking, so owners paid by cheque and documents were mailed. The board chose Condo Control and its online condominium management platform (Online Payments, File Library, Service Request and mobile app) to provide a more convenient, accessible and paperless solution for owners and management.

Condo Control’s Online Payments let owners pay fees directly to the corporation’s account and helped the community fund and complete a major pipe‑replacement project—over 100 pipes were changed—more quickly, while the File Library moved financial statements and AGM materials to searchable digital folders. The Service Request module formalized issue tracking and the mobile app increased owner engagement; overall Condo Control reduced cheque‑handling, cut paperwork, sped up project completion and improved transparency and communication for the board, property manager and owners.
