National Healthcare Firm migrates 3,500-4,000 users to Exchange Online with Concurrency, Inc.

The customer, a national healthcare firm operating outpatient physical therapy centers, faced a time-sensitive challenge to migrate thousands of users from Exchange to Exchange Online to meet licensing requirements and qualify for discounts. They engaged Concurrency, Inc. to assist with this critical Office 365 migration project.

Concurrency provided a team that executed a smooth migration, guiding the client on which mailboxes to move first and updating their remote desktop server farm. Using System Center Configuration Manager, they successfully migrated all users ahead of the deadline. The project was a success from both an IT and end-user perspective, resulting in a low quantity of help-desk calls and positioning the client to potentially migrate other workloads like SharePoint and OneDrive.
