Manufacturing Firm worked with Concurrency, Inc. to modernize workflows and forms across capital expenditure planning, change management, and customer relations. The company needed to move away from SharePoint and InfoPath-based processes before InfoPath support ended, while also taking advantage of K2 Cloud licenses it had already acquired.

Concurrency, Inc. led workshops to define the future state, then migrated data and rebuilt outdated InfoPath forms using K2 SmartForms on K2 Cloud. The solution added more automation in approvals, reduced back-and-forth emails, and improved the user experience with browser-based forms, an enhanced workspace, mobile access, and email task replies. The project finished in about six months, stayed within budget, and enabled a nearly seamless transition for users through SharePoint and Office 365 integration.
