Concurrency, Inc. helped a FORTUNE 500 company tackle a complex ITSM migration from Service Manager (on-premises) to ServiceNow. Because the company needed to keep its legacy platform running while 5,000 IT analysts transitioned and 130,000 end users continued submitting requests, a “big bang” cutover wasn’t possible.

Concurrency, Inc. designed a new ServiceNow environment and built a fully bi-directional eBonding integration using Azure Automation, APIs, runbooks, and Azure monitoring tools. The solution synchronized work items and selected CMDB data within five minutes, enabling the company to move IT users to ServiceNow, improve service continuity, and eliminate licensing and server costs tied to the old front-end system.
