IAVI Turns to Dynamics CRM to Manage Donor Relations from Offices Around the Globe

International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), a global not-for-profit public-private partnership, needed a better way to manage donor relations and relationship activity across offices worldwide. Its aging LAN-based CRM was difficult to use, limited access for international staff, and required IT help for basic queries. Concurrency, Inc. helped IAVI move to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, hosted in the cloud and integrated with Office 365 and SharePoint.

Concurrency, Inc. designed and deployed the new CRM solution to improve access, usability, and information sharing across the organization. The system eliminated the Citrix-only access issue, made it easier for users to create views and run searches with Advanced Find, and improved adoption so more departments could use it. IAVI also noted that it may eventually move its entire grants management system into CRM, showing the platform’s flexibility and long-term value.
