Concurrency assisted a global manufacturing conglomerate in the marine manufacturing industry with the complex technical challenge of a corporate divestiture. The customer needed to migrate over 150 applications to Azure and ensure 2,500 employees remained productive while separating from their parent company's IT infrastructure, moving beyond a simple "lift and shift" to a modernized technological foundation.

The solution implemented by Concurrency involved a large-scale migration of users, data, and devices to a new Azure environment using tools like Power 365, ShareGate, and Binary Tree, with minimal disruption to end-users. Concurrently, Concurrency modernized IT delivery by introducing infrastructure-as-code with Terraform Enterprise and re-platforming critical applications onto Azure PaaS solutions. The project was completed on time and within budget, successfully establishing a strong, modernized foundation for the new standalone company.
