Cloud Solutions Provider, an AWS Partner, wanted to expand its cloud offerings to include Azure after its own customers began requesting Azure-based services. With no prior Azure experience, the company needed help building the right delivery model, technical framework, and operational approach for Azure-based consulting and services.

Concurrency helped Cloud Solutions Provider develop an architectural and operational framework for Azure, supported opportunity analysis across on-premises, AWS, and Azure environments, and provided hands-on guidance for migrations and Azure site recovery. The work helped the customer right-size a 150-server environment, improve performance and reliability, and successfully prepare and launch Azure-based services, enabling Cloud Solutions Provider to diversify its cloud portfolio and better serve customers.
