Concurrency, Inc. helped the National Non-Profit Membership Organization improve its new-member onboarding process by reducing manual data entry and making sign-up easier for users. The organization was building a new website for members joining through a third-party association and needed a way to connect that site to its Dynamics CRM system so member information would flow into the right fields automatically.

Concurrency, Inc. architected and implemented the website-to-Dynamics CRM integration, working closely with the internal IT team and the website’s lead developer. The solution also accounted for a third-party invoicing add-on and custom CRM entities, enabling a smooth end-to-end process. The project was completed in two to three weeks, finished ahead of schedule and under budget, and freed up budget for additional priorities.
