Clover Technologies Group Partners with Concurrency on CRM Projects Across Its Worldwide Operations

Clover Technologies Group, a global manufacturer and leading supplier of printing components, needed to better leverage customer data across its 19,000-person workforce spanning 18 countries. To support its sales and CRM operations, Clover partnered with Concurrency, Inc. to improve its Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, manage backlogs, and support integrations and migrations from prior CRM systems.

Concurrency, Inc. implemented CRM enhancements, real-time integration with Clover’s MS Dynamics Vision platform, and migrations from SalesI and Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, while also training and supporting users. The vendor helped standardize Clover’s CRM across all divisions with a transition to the online version of Dynamics CRM, improving maintenance, upgrades, and feature delivery, though the case study does not provide specific numeric metrics.
