Ampacet Corporation, a manufacturer of plastics color and additive concentrates, needed a better way to achieve 360-degree customer visibility and standardize CRM processes across global regions. Concurrency helped the company evaluate its needs and determine that Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be the right platform to unify sales, lab, customer service, and customer data.

Concurrency implemented Microsoft Dynamics online and integrated it with Ampacet’s JD Edwards ERP system so customer and account data flowed automatically into CRM. The rollout was completed across North and South America first, then expanded to Europe and Asia, creating a centralized system that replaced spreadsheets and email-based work, improved visibility for users worldwide, and enabled added capabilities such as rollup reporting, pricing books, and ongoing user training.
