A Concurrency, Inc. Case Study

a foodservice wholesaler and distributor in the Midwest saves hundreds of thousands with Concurrency, Inc.

A Midwest foodservice wholesaler and distributor approached Concurrency, Inc. to migrate its 7,000 users from a third-party platform to Skype for Business Online. The client, which already used much of the Office 365 suite, sought a more cost-effective solution for web and audio conferencing and needed a smooth transition supported by organizational change management best practices.

The Concurrency team implemented a phased migration to Skype for Business Online, integrating audio-conferencing features and providing comprehensive organizational change management. This included drafting communications, creating how-to guides, and training the client's internal trainers. While the project was still in process, Concurrency anticipated the switch would save the client hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run.
