Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport - Customer Case Study

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport needed to modernize its outdated website, which was initially built on simple HTML tables. As digital needs grew, the airport required new capabilities like real-time flight information, email marketing, and integrated parking data. They partnered with Concrete CMS and the digital agency Trivera to address these challenges and simplify website management.

Trivera implemented Concrete CMS, migrating the airport to this open-source platform. The solution provided self-service pages for flight status and parking, reducing call volume and improving customer satisfaction. The site integrates with live data APIs and remains ADA-compliant. As a result of working with Concrete CMS and Trivera, the airport's staff was trained to manage content effectively, and the project's success led to the creation of websites for the airport's other properties.
