Navarino, a maritime technology company, needed a better way to manage contract archiving. Its finance team was spending too much time manually saving contracts to local drives and SharePoint, creating fragmented data and making it harder to quickly retrieve, analyze, and report on contract information. Concord implemented an automated workflow with a Zapier integration that sends fully executed contracts from Concord into a designated SharePoint folder with one click. This eliminated manual uploads, improved data organization and accessibility, and freed the finance team to focus on higher-value work. As a result, Navarino reported much easier access to contract information, better reporting and analysis, and reduced risk of errors or lost documents.
