Sedgwick, a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk and claims solutions, wanted a better way to help fleet managers, risk managers, and insurers reduce motor incidents and manage claims more proactively. To address this challenge, Sedgwick partnered with Concirrus and brought the Quest Automotive proactive risk management tool to the UK market, adding predictive analytics and automated FNOL to its fleet offering.

With Concirrus’s Quest Automotive integrated into Sedgwick’s system, clients could analyse driver behaviour in real time, identify risks such as speeding, tailgating, and fast cornering, and receive faster accident reporting through telematics or vehicle cameras. The solution was positioned to reduce accidents and lower claims costs by improving prevention and shortening FNOL time, although no specific numerical results were provided.
